Welcome to FreshRev
An independent food truck bringing delicious, globally-influenced, Scottish sourced street food to the people! Our flavourful menu is seasonal and always includes the best of local, sustainable meat and farm fresh produce.
We have no permanent home, but keep busy attending markets and festivals around Edinburgh and beyond. See the calendar below for our upcoming events and check out examples of our tasty menus.
We’re also available for private catering, no matter the event – weddings, business lunches, birthdays, parties; you provide the hunger and we’ll bring the food.

Utterly magical! Loved the Arancini with a beautiful little salad. Can't wait to find you again!
We booked the Fresh Rev truck for late night food at our wedding and it was a huge hit (mac n cheese balls in particular!) The booking process was really simple and Emily is an absolute gem to work with.
Not only was the Irish Pakora amazing, the people are lovely too! Absolute winner!
Smoked butternut squash stew! Amazing!! So much flavour. Loved it X
I'm only a little obsessed with the Irish Pakora.. As in I can't not eat it whenever I see these guys!! Loved everything I've tried and always excited to see what's new on the menu!
Fantastic food at yesterday's Stewart's Brewing beer festival mac and cheese 👌🏼
I make a bee-line for Fresh R-evol-ution nearly every saturday morning at the castle terrace farmers market and I am never disappointed. Great food is a great way to start the day! Would recommend to all food lovers.
Fresh Revolution is a breath of ...fresh... air in the food truck scene. Consistently good and creative food choices, and something that you can feel good about as they source ingredients locally! Veggie or Meat choices, so there's something for everyone, and the regularly updated menu keeps you trying something new every time! All time faves have included the beetroot burger, frittata, and of course the Irish pakora (if you haven't tried it, you need to hunt them down!).
Your pork slider was AMAZING. I think I'll now be stalking you around all the Edinburgh markets to try and hunt it down....
