Paul and Jenna Grant, July 2017
Thank you so much! The food was outstanding and everyone had a ball! You guys were absolutely amazing and bought into our ideas from the very start so thanks for making our wedding day even more special.
Chloe Beetge, April 2017
We booked the Fresh Rev truck for late night food at our wedding and it was a huge hit (mac n cheese balls in particular!) The booking process was really simple and Emily is an absolute gem to work with.

The Highland Slider – a pork belly and haggis burger from Fresh Revolution. The pork belly was so tender and crispy and the haggis was really tasty. There was also a celeriac remoulade was really complementary to the burger… These guys win friendliest staff hands down.
Word on the Street: Scotland’s Street Food Scene, the Skinny, September 2016
[Street food is] among the greatest of the developments we’ve seen in the UK food scene in the last decade – high-quality food stripped of unnecessary faff, proving that you don’t need fancy tablecloths (or even a table) to have a great meal.
This food truck will revolutionize Under Canvas.
The Glasgow South and Eastwood Extra: StrEATery Glasgow, November 2015
It was on next to Edinburgh stall Fresh Revolution for a taste of savoury and sweet. The other half tucked into a meaty buffalo burger – a messy concoction of crumbling mince and peppery leaves that he happily wolfed down. I opted for a fitting pumpkin pie, which divided opinion; I loved it, he wasn’t so sure. Sweet, buttery and heavy on spice, it was right up my street — bring them back to Glasgow soon please and thanks, Fresh Revolution.

Anybody that’s looking for some outside catering, Fresh Revolution really are great. Ronan & Emily provided the food for our wedding celebration and totally rocked it. I cant wait to eat more of their delicious food.
Liquid Grain: The Night Market, St Andrews, September 2015
If you fancied something different Fresh Revolution Edinburgh was also there. Their mantra is Grow It – Cook It – Love It and I loved their mussels! Everything from Fresh Revolution is local and seasonal, they had attended every Night Market except from one and produced a different menu for each one.
101 Best Places to Eat in Edinburgh, Lunchquest 2015
Street food continues to improve in Edinburgh, with Fresh Revolution probably the finest purveyor to emerge in the last year.
Lunchquest Review, October 2014
The burger proved to be absolutely outstanding. An excellent bun was packed with a highly flavourful burger, with each of the main ingredients prominent and in well-judged balance. Rarely have I seen a first-day trader produce something of such impressive quality, so there must have been careful preparation before today’s launch.
